Overview: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing next level support to a portfolio of Advertisers, driving revenue growth and analysing marketing data. You will work closely with your Advertisers to bring on new campaigns that will assist with partnership and network growth, whilst also sourcing new clients. The successful candidate will be extremely self-motivated to fit with the company's core values and have a very strong work ethic. You will work with a sense of urgency when dealing with time sensitive tasks and always strive to meet the Advertisers needs. Monetise are looking for an individual with a can-do positive attitude with a great personality to fit in with the current team. Hours of Work following training: A hybrid working model with set company office days. Whilst initial training takes place you will be office based. Monday WFH 9:00 AM 5:00 PM with flexible working Tuesday Office 9:00 AM 5:00 PM with flexible working Wednesday Office 9:00 AM 5:00 PM with flexible working Thursday Office 9:00 AM 5:00 PM with flexible working Friday WFH 9:00 AM 12:30 PM hours of work are fixed due to early finish. Duties of an Account Manager: Manage a portfolio of key Advertising clients, providing them with superior support and communication over email, skype and phone Understanding and working closely with clients to identify their needs and develop strategies to increase revenue Thinking innovatively to increasing traffic volumes to existing campaigns Manage Advertiser budgets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Lead regular calls with your Advertisers to build verbal relationships Use of internal business development techniques on platforms such as LinkedIn, to generate new clients Assist with contract negotiations to bring on new Advertisers Confirming lead volumes on a monthly basis to ensure all invoices are sent correctly and in a timely manner Representing Monetise at UK and global trade shows in Las Vegas, New York, Dubai, Barcelona, Berlin and Amsterdam. To enforce and comply with all company policies and procedures which are fundamental in maintaining effective performance, communication and good business reputation Experience/Qualifications: Previous experience in an Account Management role would be advantageous Outstanding communications skills, both written and verbal GCSE old Grade B in maths or higher (new Grade 6) Proactive thinker and strong motivation to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and organisation skills Experience in working towards tight deadlines Innovative thinker to assist with company growth Preferably one years' experience in a customer facing role, although not essential Strong analytical focus and ability to review data Microsoft Excel skills are required Benefits & Perks: Full training provided "Early Finish Fridays" 28 days paid annual leave per year, additional days holiday accrued annually for each year served Attractive performance-based bonus scheme - Company-wide Monthly Bonus Scheme (Non-contractual Discretionary).
