We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking for an Administrator to work on a temporary twelve-week contract.

The position is hybrid working, with the majority of the role to be completed from home, however successful candidates will be required to come into the office when asked for training, updates and meetings. Successful candidates must have knowledge and experience of HR, and ideally have Oracle experience.

Duties include:

  • General administrative duties
  • Manning an absence line
  • Recording absence details on excel and Oracle
  • Following up sick notes
  • Conducting welfare meetings with long-term sick
  • Drafting and sending out letters for RTW and Welfare meetings
  • Uploading documents to Oracle
  • Running reports on Oracle for management
  • Managing HR inbox
  • Assisting payroll
