Our client is an exciting professional services firm with a national reputation for excellence, seeking a Customer Operations Assistant to support their administration and reception team as well as providing exceptional customer service. This a temp to perm role, working Monday to Friday with a growing team and excellent opportunities for development. This varied role will involve the following responsibilities: Promptly and efficiently deal with telephone calls Take and pass on accurate messages as required Courteously greet and interact with visitors to the premises Deal with any other reception or switchboard duties as required Manage room and hospitality bookings Collecting filing from designated areas Maintaining all filing in a tidy and orderly manner Work with the practice management system to log and record documents Sorting and distribution of incoming mail To be aware of the day to day health and safety requirements surrounding working area Stationery management and stock control The required skills, qualities and experience: Customer focused, with experience in a customer service environment Well presented with a professional manner Computer literate with good knowledge of all MS packages Quick learner Excellent communication skills A positive and flexible approach Innovative and can spot an improvement opportunity The ability to empathise and understand the customer s needs
