Our Client is looking for customer service advisors to join their team. The hours are Sunday to Thursday 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm. The company are based in modern offices, have onsite parking and are easily assesible by public transport. This is a temp to perm position, so initally will be weekly pay. This is a fully office based role.
Duties will Include:
Logging CallsScheduling AppointmentsGeneral AdministrationProcessing Prescription Request Via the systemResolving Issues Complaint Handling
The role is temporary on an ongoing basis with the possibilty to go perm

A professional Telephone Manner Good Communication Skills both written and VerbalBusiness AcumenGood Accurate Data Entry
