You will passionately lead our priority: the health, wellbeing and safety ofour colleagues, contributing to the creation of a strong safety culture at thenew facility.

Customer Focus
You will ensure robust financial processes are in place in order to deliverreliable and accurate financial information relating to the performance of thebusiness to key stakeholders.
You will ensure on-time delivery of Group reporting, including monthlyManagement Accounts, as well as quarterly and annual forecasts, and interim andfull year statutory accounting packs and analysis.
You will provide meaningful commercial analysis and insight; considering boththe local supply margins and the wider Group profitability; this includesdealing with pricing, profitability, product range, and overhead review.
You will support non-finance managers in developing strong budget awareness andownership of the financial impacts of their decisions.

You will partner with the Managing Director and the senior leadership team todrive profitable growth.
You will drive excellence in all aspects of Finance including budgeting,financial controls, and reporting.
You will develop and implement best practice processes and principles,following internal governance guidelines, and provide inputs from yourexperience to aid the continual improvement of this process.
You will provide oversite and leadership of local IT Services.


You will develop and maintain positive relationships with the senior leadershipteam and department managers and be able to convey financial information tonon-financial areas of the business
You will be the point of contact for Group Finance and contribute to Group-wideFinance projects as and when required.
You will represent BioPure and WMFTS at internal and external events,conference and meetings, where appropriate.

You understand that the effective implementation of Strategy25 is fundamentalto the future success of WMFTS and apply a 'transformational' mind-set at alltimes. You do not settle for 'average' deliverables.

You will ensure compliance with government tax reporting and filing.
You will ensure compliance with Group internal controls through a documentedsystem of accounting policies, procedures and delegation of authority.
You will serve as primary liason with both internal and external auditors,driving performance improvements where appropriate.

You might be wondering what skills you will need. Well ideally youwill have
Significant experience in a senior finance/accounting role
Experience within a manufacturing environment would be beneficial
Experience of working with Finance systems and competent with Microsoftpackages (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP software would be beneficialbut not essential)
Strong commercial awareness with an appreciation of operational functions
Experience of working in a matrix organisation
Experience of effectively and appropriately challenging business processes,outputs, and standards to help drive continual improvement
Experienced in managing and leading teams of colleagues and projects as wellas being part of a project team.
Relevant degree and/or equivalent experience
Finance professional qualification is highly desirable
