Your New Employer Net Zero Evolution are delighted to be working with a leading business within the engineering industry. They are based in the UK and work nationwide, the business is a leading provider of facilities management services. They install and maintain the infrastructure, the business has been and still is very successful and now they would like to add to their growing team. Your New Role As a Helpdesk Controller you will be the first point of contact for customers if there is a fault with the infrastructure. Your role will be to find the closest engineer and schedule the engineer to repair the fault. The faults are rated in a priority system and it is your job to organise the jobs for the engineers. You will be working 24 hours a week over Saturday and Sunday. The shift times are 7am - 7pm, you will be provided with a work laptop and be given full training. Your Background The ideal Helpdesk Controller will have previous experience within a helpdesk role. Experience with scheduling engineers is preferred but we will consider candidates with other helpdesk experience. You will need to be professional, hard working and have a keen eye for detail. You will be speaking to lots of different people so it is important for you to be friendly and have excellent people skills. In Return For the right Helpdesk Controller our client will offer you a competitive package. An hourly rate of £11-£13ph DOE alongside full training.
