We are currently seeking a Machine Learning Research Lead / Manager to be a part of shaping a highly esteemed Artificial Intelligence company who have chosen Cambridge to be their UK headquarters; their second office.

As a Machine Learning Research Lead / Manager you will be part of this company's vision to reduce energy waste; using a combination of complex machine learning algorithms, Bayesian Inference, Gaussian Process, Probabilistic/Agent-Based Modelling and Time Series Forecasting to help them achieve this goal.

Realistically what we're after is a Machine Learning Research Lead / Manager who is not afraid of taking risks and who is going to push their business forward within the UK and Europe. For this position, you will primarily be working as a people manager and using your prior technical experience to drive career development in the AI team.
