The Company has a multi-million pound custom built shipping terminal and warehouse facility in Liverpool, which enables them to unload large vessels quickly and efficiently using their own team, and state of the art technology. They are able to package and distribute products on a fast turnaround which ensures better service to their customers. This facility is helping to ensure their continued rapid year on year growth.
The E-commerce team, based in our Richmond headquarters, work on providing a range of chemical products to customers. The categories consist of food, cosmetics, cleaning and gardening. Selling in a niche area of the market, the business is growing rapidly and expanding.

Working Location: Richmond, Surrey. Office based
Salary Band: Range £22,000-£24,000 per annum depending on experience,Bonus Scheme participation after 1 years service,Private Health Insurance after 2 years service,pension scheme with up to 10% contribution matching,25 days holiday per annum plus public holidaysWorking Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Purpose of RoleThe role involves working in a fast-growing B2C ecommerce website where we have a wide range of chemical products which are packed and shipped in our own warehouse based in Liverpool. We use various sales channels like Shopify, amazon and eBay to sell our products.With social media reaching vast audiences which could lead to sales opportunities, we require a Content Creator with the ability to film and develop fun, engaging posts on different platforms. They need to have strong creative and video skills, as well as being able to understand the audience and analyse them.The Marketing Executive/Content Creator will work on their specialist area, but as a team everyone assists in reaching common targets and goals, and there is a general requirement to cover colleagues in other specialist areas from time to time to help deal with seasonal fluctuations in work and holiday cover.
- Handling social media pages like Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Twitter.
- Creating, filming and editing video content to post, which is creative and highly engaging to grow our social media audiences and potential sales.
- Designing and developing interesting and engaging written posts and uploading to social media.
- Using editing software like Canva, and editing on Instagram and Tik Tok.
- Advertising posts on Instagram.
