If asked to describe ourselves, we're certainly not your typical agency; we've got a fantastic mix of characters - eccentric creatives, technical boffins, steadfast strategists and, if we're being perfectly honest, some mad hatters too!You'll find us causing havoc in an attractive village location just outside of Cambridge, where we work our hardest on delivering a perfect blend of creativity, innovation, and digital strategy to our broad range of clients - it's a good thing we have coffee and energy drinks on tap!If you think we sound like the right fit for you, let us tell you about what we're looking for in a Paid Media Manager.We're looking for someone who is driven and detail-orientated, with previous experience in running and managing digital successful campaigns and marketing outputs, including but not limited to: paid search, paid social, and email marketing platforms. If you also have experience with HubSpot, even better.Our ideal candidate will be forward-thinking and customer focused, as you'll be required to regularly liaise with our clients regarding their campaigns, providing feedback and results, as well as recommending next steps for improvement. You'll have a strong of understanding of reporting on analytics, particularly within the Google platforms, as well as running cross-platform marketing campaigns focused on driving traffic and lead generation.Key Skills: Managing, implementing, and optimising cross-platform digital campaigns, including PPC, Performance Max and Paid Social Strong technical knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn advertising Managing content across social platforms Identifying user behaviour trends and adapting campaigns accordingly Producing in-depth result reports for existing clients Undertaking research and analysis for new client pitches Strong written and verbal communication skills, and being confident with liaising with clients digitally and in person Strong problem-solving abilities and willing to learn new technologies or skills Knowledge of the commercial impact of advertising campaigns and the revenue they generate Good analytical and numerical skills, with accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work to tight deadlines Ability to multi-task and work successfully in a fast-paced agency setting Essential: 2+ years within a similar or related role Essential: excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint Preferable: knowledge of SEO Preferable: experience with HubSpot CRMBenefits: Great opportunities to make the role your own and get involved with exciting projects in a fast-paced, creative, and fun office environment Competitive pay and pension 32 days holiday including bank holidays with annual increases for years of service Flexible working hours and remote options available Investment in your growth with training and development opportunities Fast-growing company with plenty of room for career development Team building and staff days outThink you've got the skills we need?
