Great opportunity to join an expanding team as a Pensions Data Specialist, the candidate will be comfortable creating and working with bulk calculations. It is expected that you will be highly numerate with good analytical skills and be very comfortable with using modern software and ideally have a keen interest in programming and developing technological solutions for the benefit of our clients.In addition the candidate will have good organisation skills and demonstrate core project management behaviours to complement their technical expertise. Some experience in pension correction and rectification exercises is advantageous as well as data auditing and cleansing all elements of Pension data.Please note that while the successful candidate can select any of our GB locations as their office base, Willis Towers Watson will continue to offer flexible working opportunities, such as regular working from home and part-time working.At WTW, we trust you to know your work and the people, tools and environment you need to be successful.   • A proven track record in delivering multiple projects and/or workstreams to set deadlines
  • Strong knowledge and experience of UK DB Pension arrangements, including experience of cleansing pension scheme data and GMP projects
  • Good understanding of manual benefit calculations and processes
  • Experienced in creating bulk solutions to correct data or carry out pension scheme calculations
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • A clear, concise and confident communicator of complex or technical issues relating to UK pensions and member data to a broad audience
  • A firm commitment to delivering high quality service
  • Ability to work both independently and in teams and enjoy a fast-paced environment
  • An ability to foster and support the delivery of projects within a team environment
  • Inquisitive, self-starter attitude and ability to work with ambiguity
  • Experience of pension administration systems
