We are recruiting a Sales Administrator to join a fun, collaborative, manufacturing company. This role will suit a college or university leaver who would like to enter into a full time role whereby they will learn and grow within a product and manufacturing company.
A market leader in creating and distributing high quality reusable housewares and insulated food and drink products for over 20 years based in Weybridge, Surrey, is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their driven, collaborative sales team.
What are the day-to-day duties of the Sales Administrator role?
• Telephone and email queries• Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties• Sales support, completion of new line forms, prepare quotes, stock sheets• Uploading images and contact to online systems• Managing sample requests, including sending, maintaining sample log and ensuring sufficient stock is available at all times• Assisting in market research, including weekly online reviews and seasonal presentation
Requirements Sills and Qualifications
• Excellent IT skills, systems used are Navision, PowerPoint, Excel.• Fast learner, Self-Motivator, Positive Attitude
• The role is office-based and full-time, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm• Company Pension with employer contribution• 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays
