Therefore, we are currently seeking for an experienced Senior Manager Mergers & Acquisitions to support our Strategy/M&A and Competitive Intelligence Team at our headquarter in Munich.

In this exciting and highly visible position you will be responsible for:

End-to-end execution of international M&A projects (acquisitions, divestments or Joint Ventures) and sub-projects in close collaboration with our Divisions and our regional hubs
Planning and execution of Due Diligence processes incl. the engagement of internal and external teams
Leading of (sub-) teams on a global level, across divisions and corporate functions, including close interaction and coordination with external advisors (investment banks, consultants, auditors, lawyers, etc.)
Preparing of decision documents and presentation to the IFX Management Board
Preparing and participating in M&A negotiations and coordinate individual topics independently while ensuring the translation of Due Diligence findings into PMI-planning and negotiation
Driving Target Searches in alignment with our Strategic Action Fields supported by our divisions and regions
Enabling an efficient integration planning process of acquired companies in cooperation with the business leads and the corporate functions and a seamless and efficient integration of the acquired companies into the Infineon organization, systems and culture
Contributing to the establishment of a PMI-excellence platform and a PMI-community within the Infineon organization
Actively shaping the development of our department's processes and methods

This role is reporting to the Head of M&A.

As someone who takes personal ownership, you are a good decision-maker who enjoys achieving results with an agile approach. Trusted by your team you still enjoy working hands-on in order to succeed.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

An advanced university degree (legal, business administration, technical, etc.) demonstrating excellence in academic achievement
At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in the M&A/PMI environment of an investment bank, Big 4 or large corporate with strong technological focus (MBA is desirable)
Therein a minimum 3-year track record of successfully, independently executing M&A (sub-) projects in a technology-oriented environment
Strong in leadership of cross-functional, global project teams consisting of Divisional and Central Function top management (size of teams 50+)
Extensive understanding of deal structuring and the capability to independently interpret and discuss analytical data
Knowledge of semiconductor industry is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent English negotiation and presentation skills at Board-level: German would be an added plus
